Assistant Financial Services Manager / General Banking Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven individual to join Dah Sing Bank’s branch network as an Assistant Financial Services Manager / General Banking Officer. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our branch, building strong relationships with walk-in customers, identifying their financial needs, and delivering a full suite of retail banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets by promoting and cross-selling core banking products (CASA, Consumer Loans, Mortgages, Insurance, and Credit Cards).

• Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new-to-bank customers through proactive engagement, branch initiatives, and localized/off-site promotional events.

• Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of customer financial requirements to deliver tailored solutions and seamlessly refer high-value clients to specialists or internal departments.

• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Execute daily branch sales and service operations strictly adhering to internal risk policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:

  University Degree with 1–2 years of frontline branch customer service experience,

• Licensing: Valid Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Papers 1, 2, and 3

• Language Skills: Proficient command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

• Preferred Qualification: Certified Banker (CB) designation is a distinct advantage.
