Responsibilities:
• Support wet signature coordination.
• Organize, compile, update employee personnel records and documentation.
• Support employee personnel file clean-up in the physical archive.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies in the physical archive).
• Prepare, manage, and store paperwork and capture e-signatures and wet signatures.
• Follow up and remind employees to send the signed employment documents back.
• Coordinate with receptionists and other teams/partners.
• Support HR administrative tasks based on current needs.
• Represent J&J in front of local authorities and act on behalf of the (sending or receiving) company if required,
in relation to the posting of workers or employment/labor law matters.
• Support for Hongkong-based operations.
Requirements:
• Education in HR is advantageous.
• Experience in Hongkong-related HR matters is a plus.
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-based environment.
• Continuous learning mindset – always curious, learns from mistakes, open-minded, willing to learn with
others and share knowledge.
• Great work ethics – reliable, meets deadlines, delivers results, open to receiving feedback.
• Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills.
• Located within Hongkong and able to perform the role noted above.
