Subject to business needs and candidate exposure, successful candidates will be assigned to

- Other functions in Operations

Principal responsibilities
• Provide operational and services support, reporting
• Perform processing accurately and meeting tight timelines
• Manage and complete task assignments within preset deadline and in good quality
• Prepare and support issuance of instructions and client documentations
• Manage exceptions, discrepancies and irregularities
• Timely escalation of exceptions for management awareness
• Participate in business initiatives/projects, e.g. user requirements, data analysis, UAT, post-support
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders

Requirements
• Good knowledge of banking products across different asset classes
• Exposure of
- Corporate Actions processes
- KYC and Client Onboarding processes, CRS & FATCA review
- Account opening documentation
- Banking', Securities, Fund Services operations
• Experience in manual participation over high transaction volume within tight processing window
• Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
• Strong excel and word skills as advantages
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Candidates will be assigned to various streams according to their work experiences as well as business demands
