Position SummaryThe Private Banking Relationship Manager Assistant plays a crucial operational and client-facing support role within the Private Wealth Management division. Working closely with senior Private Bankers / Relationship Managers, you will act as the primary operational anchor, managing daily accounts, handling complex transactions, coordinating bespoke wealth solutions, and ensuring flawless adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Relationship Support:
Serve as a trusted secondary point of contact for HNW/UHNW clients, handling day-to-day inquiries, account maintenance, and administrative requests with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Assist RMs in preparing comprehensive client portfolio reviews, pitch books, wealth-planning reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with internal product specialists (investment management, trust, credit, and foreign exchange) to execute complex client instructions.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, account opening documentation, and periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews.
Process transactions accurately, including wire transfers, credit facilities, foreign exchange deals, and investment trades, ensuring swift and error-free execution.
Maintain precise client records, CRM entries, and documentation in compliance with bank policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of [2–4 years] of experience in banking or financial services, with prior exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, or premier retail banking support preferred.
