Duties
- Analyse market trends, customer segments, and industry developments to identify commercial opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable business development initiatives and structured proposals
- Support business planning, prioritisation, and decision-making across multiple business units
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops, meetings, and initiative alignment
- Drive progress of initiatives from concept through execution, including pilots and scaling across markets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine solutions, ensuring practical implementation
- Prepare clear presentations, updates, and materials to support internal discussions and decisions
- Contribute to broader strategic and group-level projects as required
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines
- At least 6 years’ working experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial, or business development roles
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a practical mindset
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable business initiatives
- Experience working across functions, regions, or multi-stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to develop clear and impactful insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong ownership
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
