Duties

  • Analyse market trends, customer segments, and industry developments to identify commercial opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable business development initiatives and structured proposals
  • Support business planning, prioritisation, and decision-making across multiple business units
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops, meetings, and initiative alignment
  • Drive progress of initiatives from concept through execution, including pilots and scaling across markets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine solutions, ensuring practical implementation
  • Prepare clear presentations, updates, and materials to support internal discussions and decisions
  • Contribute to broader strategic and group-level projects as required

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ working experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial, or business development roles
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a practical mindset
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable business initiatives
  • Experience working across functions, regions, or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to develop clear and impactful insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong ownership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
