Manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate and enterprise accounts, building deep, long-term relationships up to the C-suite and Director level.
Proactively identify and acquire new logos, cross-selling and up-selling our comprehensive ICT and telecom capabilities (e.g., dedicated internet access, MPLS VPN, managed security, and cloud applications).
Formulate strategic account plans, maintain high forecast accuracy, and orchestrate the full sales cycle from initial engagement and solution design to complex contract negotiations.
Partner closely with presales, product development, technical service delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored end-to-end solutions that resolve clients' business pain points.
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within the telecommunications, ICT, or IT solutions sectors. Proven experience in selling ICT Solution or major system integration projects is highly preferred.
Track Record: A proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and handling large-scale contract negotiations.
Technical Agility: Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise networks, cloud services, data centers, and converged security solutions.
Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
