Position: Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily sales operations, including sales hotline enquiries and after-sales service for clients.
Review and approve key sales documentation, including price lists, tender documents, side letters, and sales arrangements.
Ensure all sales procedures and team operations comply with local regulations and market best practices.
Oversee internal administrative workflows, including Office Agreements, agency commissions, and payment requisitions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders and sales agents to capture real-time market intelligence.
Deliver project presentations and lead agency briefings before sales launches.
Support sales launch preparation and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare market updates, sales reports, and data-driven insights for management review.
Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of frontline sales experience with major local developers and/or real estate consultancies.
Solid experience in residential property sales operations and agency coordination.
Strong knowledge of sales documentation, launch procedures, and local market practices.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare insights or reports.
Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
