In this role, you will work with business users and development teams to design, develop, and support enterprise applications used across multiple regions. You will also be involved in cloud transformation projects, system enhancements, and AI-enabled software development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyse business requirements with users and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver technical solutions for enterprise applications.
- Lead and coordinate development activities across project teams.
- Enhance and maintain existing systems to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Support application deployment, system upgrades, and release activities.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, architects, and business users.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Review and oversee AI-generated code and development outputs.
- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues when required.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 8+ years of application development experience.
- At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and containerized environments.
- Experience in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and API integration.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
