Key Responsibilities

 

Support the development of internal governance frameworks and ensure daily operations adhere to established regulatory and corporate standards.

Track relevant regulatory updates and industry requirements, translating them into practical guidance and action plans for business units.

Handle the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements, partnership terms, and internal documentation to safeguard company interests.

Act as a key contact point for external parties, including advisors and regulatory counterparts, facilitating communication and timely resolution of compliance-related matters.

Perform regular internal reviews to assess operational risks and identify areas for improvement in control processes.

Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, helping teams align with internal policies and external requirements.

Contribute to business planning initiatives by identifying potential risks and ensuring proper control measures are incorporated into execution plans.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal support, risk control, or corporate governance functions.

Familiarity with regulatory environments and corporate compliance practices within a commercial setting.

Hands-on experience in contract handling, policy documentation, and internal control processes.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory information and provide practical recommendations.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
