Duties:

  • Provide on-site IT support at customer offices, handling daily hardware, software, and end-user issues
  • Manage IT service requests including software installation, account setup, access rights, and user onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and technical support
  • Perform routine system updates, patching, and basic security compliance for end-user devices
  • Handle IT administrative and project coordination tasks, including invoice processing, service reporting, and documentation
  • Support internal IT teams on assigned operational tasks, service reviews, and small-scale IT projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Experience in IT administration or end-user support within a corporate environment
  • Basic technical knowledge of Windows systems, software applications, and IT service management processes
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently on-site and provide professional user-facing support
