Budget management: Based on the direction of the company, break down the goals into team performance indicators, daily monitor the operating data and minimize strategic risks.
Revenue Management:Based on predictions of future industry development trends and forward-looking research, formulate route development strategies.
Marketing:Brand positioning, marketing and sales model strategies, organize and optimize the marketing management system, and guide subordinates to achieve sales growth.
Team management: Define the tasks and responsibilities of team members, rationally allocate positions and tasks according to the subordinates' personalities and abilities.
