Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out and secure potential institutional clients across the South-East Asia market.
• Report directly to Management, overseeing future market planning, setting strategies, and implementing services for the client base in the South-East Asia region.
• Lead and oversee various projects, including product enhancement and training programs.
• Assist in customer relationship management by maintaining and expanding existing relationships in the region.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends and technologies, particularly in CRM systems and data analysis solutions, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify opportunities for business development and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Marketing, Fintech, or the Banking industry.
• Strong coaching and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
