Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen customer relationships while protecting the Company’s commercial interests and risk exposure.
  • Actively supervise and participate in day‑to‑day customer engagement, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets while managing financial risk throughout the entire order cycle—from quotation and order confirmation through shipment and payment collection.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning & Purchasing to manage supply‑related challenges, with Finance on payment collection and credit control, and with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Work jointly with the Engineering team on business development activities, including new project evaluation, technical discussions, and quotation support.
  • Formulate and implement company‑wide and departmental sales strategies, KPIs, and workflows to support sustainable growth and long‑term profitability.

 

Requirements:
  • Dynamic, results‑driven, and able to respond quickly in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and/or business development leadership role within medical and/or industrial ODM/OEM manufacturing companies, preferably small to medium‑sized enterprises.
  • Solid practical knowledge of trade finance, customs procedures, and shipping practices in an export‑oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work in China with regular travel to the Vietnam factory.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Tertiary education, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
