Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking and resolving faults and vulnerabilities in products (including Print Queue, AD, ATA, MDM, SCCM, and Citrix, etc).
- Responsible for communicating with endpoint security vendors to handle software issues, version upgrades, and product security hardening.
- Responsible for investigating and resolving terminal issues such as the inability to automatically update patches, the inability to perform virus scans, and violations.
Qualification:
- F.5/DSE or above, U-grad is highly preferrable
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years in senior engineer (L3) role.
