Officer / Senior Officer -Claims Department

Responsibilities:
- Handling, investigation, assessment and settlement of Property & Liability claims
- Provide quality claim service to customers
- Ensure all claims are processed effectively according to the company policies
- Liaise with customers, vendors and third party claimant
- Organize customer meeting presentation and preparation of related materials
- Provide support to the team for any ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder with recognized insurance professional qualification
- At least 3 years solid P&C claim handling experience
- Strong technical knowledge in P&C insurance product
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Independent with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Customer oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
