Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health & safety compliance
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and emergency incidents with timely and effective resolution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, safety compliance, and operational standards
- Implement and enforce internal policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational targets
- Manage external vendors and contractors, including contract administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety standards, and building codes
- Monitor performance using KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare, track, and manage operational and client budgets effectively
- Oversee base building infrastructure, asset management, preventive maintenance, and statutory compliance
- Lead critical operations such as power shutdowns and IT-related changes
- Support office projects including relocations, expansions, and site setup initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and regional security teams on CCTV, access control systems, testing, and commissioning
- Support due diligence activities related to site selection, leasing, and procurement
- Attend meetings outside normal office hours when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in property or facilities management with a technical background
- Strong leadership and vendor management experience
- Solid problem-solving and operational management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of building systems including power, cooling, safety, and security systems is an advantage
