• Sales & Service: Deliver world-class customer service while driving sales through expert product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities.
• Forex Operations: Process foreign exchange transactions accurately, provide real-time rates, and ensure all till operations (cash handling) are managed strictly within limits.
• Compliance & Risk: Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, forex regulations, and airport authority policies to ensure a secure trading environment.

【 What We Look For 】

• Experience: Previous experience in Retail, Cash Handling, Currency Exchange, or Banking is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and specialized currency exchange platforms.
• Compliance Mindset: Basic knowledge of foreign exchange rates and a strong commitment to AML regulations.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential to serve our diverse international travelers.

💡 崗位定位 (Position Overview)

負責為出入境旅客及跨境商務客戶提供專業、高效的外幣兌換服務。
候選人需具備優秀的銷售敏銳度與客戶服務技巧，主動推廣外幣產品及相關旅遊金融附加服務，同時嚴格執行防偽驗鈔、現金管理及各項反洗錢（AML/KYC）合規審查。

🎯 核心職責 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 櫃檯外幣交易與現場銷售 (Counter Operations & Sales)

• 外幣兌換服務： 為客戶提供多幣種即期現鈔兌換服務（包含常見及稀缺外幣現鈔），精確執行計價、找零與交割。
• 交叉銷售與附加服務推廣： 主動了解客戶出遊/商務行程，推薦小額外幣零錢包、旅遊保險、SIM卡/Wi-Fi 或攜程線上平台權益，達成個人及門市銷售指標（KPIs）。
• 線上引流與線上線下融合（O2O）： 引導現場客戶使用 App 進行線上預約換匯、現場取現，提升客戶對攜程數位化服務的黏著度。

2. 現金管理與點驗鈔作業 (Cash Vault & Risk Control)

• 清點與防偽驗鈔： 熟練進行各國鈔券的辨真與點驗，嚴格把關，杜絕偽鈔與殘損鈔流轉。
• 每日扎帳與庫存管理： 負責每日開盤/收盤的現金庫存盤點（Cash Reconciliation），確保系統帳目與實體庫存 100% 相符。

3. 合規審查與反洗錢 (Compliance, AML & KYC)

• 身份核驗與合規登記： 嚴格遵循國家外匯管理局（SAFE）或當地金融監管機構規定，落實客戶身份識別（KYC）及大額/異常交易登記。
• 風控與反洗錢： 密切注意可疑交易行為，按規定及時上報異常情況，保障門市營運安全。

4. 客戶服務與門市維護 (Customer Service & Operations)

• 諮詢解答： 為客戶提供最新匯率查詢、外匯限額政策解答及旅遊出行相關資訊。
• 門市環境維護： 確保櫃檯及門市環境整潔、匯率看板資訊準確，展現優良的品牌形象。

🎯 任職要求 (Requirements & Qualifications)

• 學歷背景： 大專及以上學歷，金融、財會、旅遊管理或外語類專業優先。
• 工作經驗：
• 1 年以上銀行櫃員（Teller）、外幣兌換點專員、外商免稅店（Duty-Free Sales）、機場服務、高端零售或酒店前台經驗者優先。
• 具備外幣現鈔清點、驗鈔或金融櫃檯經驗者大加分。
• 語言能力：
• 流利普通話，具備良好英語口語溝通能力（可順暢服務外籍旅客）。
• 若熟悉粵語或日/韓/東南亞等其他語種者優先考慮。
• 專業技能與素質：
• 銷售意識強： 主動性高，具備良好的溝通說服力與交叉銷售（Cross-selling）意識。
• 嚴謹細致： 對數字敏感，具備極高的風險意識、原則性及責任心，歷史操作零重大失誤。
• 適應能力： 能適應門市排班/輪班工作制（含週末及節假日）。
