Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

    • Lead the overall brand strategy for the bodybuilding and fitness business, leveraging industry dynamics—including fitness consumer needs, bodybuilding competition resources, and fitness product/service attributes—to develop mid- to long-term brand growth strategies.

    • Define and continuously refine brand positioning (e.g. premium professional, mass-market accessibility, competitive bodybuilding focus), enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and influence within the bodybuilding and fitness industry.

  2. Integrated Brand Communication & Marketing

    • Oversee omnichannel brand communications, integrating online channels (short‑form video platforms, fitness communities, industry KOLs/fitness influencers, vertical platforms) with offline touchpoints (fitness clubs, bodybuilding competitions, fitness expos, experiential events).

    • Design brand campaigns aligned with real fitness and bodybuilding scenarios, driving both brand exposure and user acquisition through close collaboration with product, sales, and coaching teams.

  3. Brand Visual Identity & Experience

    • Establish, optimize, and manage the brand visual system, including brand logo, marketing collateral, club environment visuals, and fitness merchandise.

    • Ensure alignment of visual identity with the professional, energetic, and powerful aesthetics of bodybuilding and fitness, maintaining consistent brand presentation across all channels.

  4. Industry Insight & Competitive Differentiation

    • Monitor bodybuilding and fitness industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target audience needs (fitness enthusiasts, bodybuilding professionals, fat‑loss and body‑shaping consumers).

    • Continuously optimize brand strategy to build clear differentiation and establish a strong competitive advantage.

  5. Team, Budget & External Partnership Management

    • Build and manage the brand team, setting performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.

    • Manage the annual brand budget, track and optimize marketing ROI, ensuring efficient execution of brand initiatives.

    • Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including competition organizers, MCN agencies, and industry media.

  6. Product & Program Branding Collaboration

    • Work closely with fitness product and training program development teams to support brand-aligned packaging and promotion of products and courses.

    • Consistently communicate core brand values, including professional fitness guidance, scientifically based bodybuilding programs, and premium fitness experiences.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related fields preferred.

    • Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, with at least 3 years in bodybuilding, fitness, sports, or health-related industries at a Brand Director level or equivalent.

    • Proven experience in building or upgrading brands from the ground up is highly desirable.

  2. In‑depth understanding of the bodybuilding and fitness industry, including fitness consumer behavior, competition operations, community building, and trainer/influencer IP development.

  3. Strong expertise in integrated brand strategy and omnichannel marketing, with the ability to independently plan and deliver high-impact brand initiatives across online and offline ecosystems.

  4. Excellent team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and resource integration capabilities; strong communication and negotiation skills when engaging internal and external stakeholders.

  5. Genuine passion for the bodybuilding and fitness industry, alignment with brand values, strong innovation mindset, resilience under pressure, and meticulous attention to brand detail.
