 Job Duty:

General Clerk 

Duty

  • To cary out clerical duties such as managing files, locationg files, labeling and replacing file covers
  • Top operate computer including the provision of computer data input service
  • To handle enquiries and complaints directly lodged 
  • To provide general clerical support in administration
  • To assist in checking and verifying returns for district
  • To perfomr any other duties as assigned 

Requirement:

  • Level 2 on 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEE
  • Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language & Mathsmatics in HKCEE/HKDSE
  • Familiar with common business software and good Chinese and English processing skills Work processsing English 30 wpm and Chinese 20 wpm
