General Clerk
Duty
- To cary out clerical duties such as managing files, locationg files, labeling and replacing file covers
- Top operate computer including the provision of computer data input service
- To handle enquiries and complaints directly lodged
- To provide general clerical support in administration
- To assist in checking and verifying returns for district
- To perfomr any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Level 2 on 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEE
- Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language & Mathsmatics in HKCEE/HKDSE
- Familiar with common business software and good Chinese and English processing skills Work processsing English 30 wpm and Chinese 20 wpm
