Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements to support digital initiatives
  • Perform user research and journey analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer experience
  • Develop and manage user stories, epics, and product backlogs with defined acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, QA, architecture) to drive product development in Agile environments
  • Conduct impact and feasibility assessments to support solution design across systems
  • Support testing cycles including sprint testing, UAT, and release validation to ensure quality delivery
  • Enhance digital platforms (mobile apps, online banking, websites) through continuous improvement of content, features, and usability
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage issues/risks to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital projects, business analysis, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and customer-centric design principles
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of digital platforms or banking systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
