• Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster
• 12-hour shifts with a 1-hour meal break
• Experience in data centre, IT operations, or helpdesk support

Duties

• Oversee daily technical operations within multiple data centre facilities and controlled IT areas
• Monitor system status and respond to alarms, calls, or alerts according to operational procedures
• Perform first-level technical checks during incidents and arrange escalation when required
• Maintain stable operation of servers, monitoring tools, and supporting infrastructure
• Liaise with external vendors and site visitors to ensure smooth execution of on-site activities

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to develop new technical skills on the job
• Able to communicate clearly with users, vendors, and internal teams
• Comfortable working rotational 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience in data centre, IT operations, or helpdesk support is preferred but not essential
