• To handle customers’ enquiry, complaints and emergency cases;

  • Assist the planning and undertake operation duties of the building, follow up complaints;

  • Experience in property & facilities maintenance is preferable;

  • Conduct regular site checking;

  • Implement and execute internal policies and procedures effectively;

  • Willing to attend meeting after office hours

  • Lead and supervise on-site teams (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, health and safety) and motivate staff to achieve objectives.

  • Oversee external vendors and contractors, managing contracts, and responding to issues.

  • Ensure the facility complies with all safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

  • Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and make decisions to maintain service quality.

  • Monitor the performance and quality of both in-house staff and contractors, implementing performance measures and best practices.

  • Track and manage operational budgets and resources effectively.

  • Track and manage client budgets and spend effectively.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in facility design and operations, including power, cooling, safety, and security systems.

  • Manage base building infrastructure and operations

  • Lead asset management, preventive/statutory maintenance, and critical activities (e.g., power downs, IT changes).

  • Lead regional environmental and energy initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 standards.

  • Support office projects such as re locations, new site setups, and downsizing.

  • Drive continuous improvement based on audits and performance data.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of Environmental Performance Indicators (EPIs).

  • Collaborate with IT and regional security teams to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.

  • Support remote testing and commissioning of security systems.

  • Conduct due diligence in site selection, leasing, and procurement.
