Qualifications

- Success in Sales: Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Understanding of Market: Good knowledge of B2B market and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Team Development: Experience in leading effective sales teams.
- Data Skills: Ability to use data for making decisions.
- Tech Skills: Familiar with CRM systems and sales tools.
