Our client, a well-known international company, is now looking for Mentor Service Manager Engineer join within their team.

Department: Corporate Project & Private Network Delivery

In this position, you will:

• Responsible for the oversight of the delivery performance of the mentorship team 
• Responsible for the resolution of issues in accordance with mentorship service requirements set out in the projects
• Preparing and submitting a mentorship services report to client for reviewing 7 days prior to each mentorship services monthly meeting.
• The reports should entail:

1. A summary of mentorship services team and mentees performance

1. Summary of past and future mentorship training activities

1. Topics to be focused in next month

1. Any issue raised in MS monthly meetings and others

• Responsible for all mentorhsip services team activities and personnel to ensure that the mentorship services team understands the services requirements of the project

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possess at least one Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience of mobile network system
• At least 5 years’ experience in 4th generation or 5th generation mobile system maintenance management and planning, maintenance services workflow development and knowledge transfer and assessment
• Self-motivated and analytical, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication, coordination and customer relations skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
