Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the company’s investment strategy, medium- and long-term market plans and annual implementation plans; evaluate investment projects, supervise execution and make dynamic adjustments.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the group to ensure efficient, compliant and goal-oriented management.
  3. Lead industry research and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and recommend investment directions.
  4. Organize feasibility studies, financial analysis and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
  5. Lead full-cycle management of investment projects, including negotiating investment agreements, monitoring investments and driving project execution.
  6. Source, screen and maintain a pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities (e.g., M&A, equity investments).
  7. Lead due diligence, valuation modeling, transaction structuring and contract negotiations.
  8. Monitor operations of invested projects, provide value-added support, formulate and execute exit strategies.
  9. Establish investment portfolio risk management mechanisms and handle distressed or non-performing assets.
  10. Perform other tasks assigned by the Board and Chairman.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of full-cycle investment project management experience, including at least 5 years in team leadership; proven track record leading projects with deal sizes of RMB 1 billion or above.
  3. Familiarity with mining investment and engineering/construction fundamentals; knowledge of related finance and marketing aspects for project development.
  4. Thorough understanding of investment regulations; strong risk management, cost control and safety management awareness.
  5. Strong leadership, project coordination, strategic planning, organizational and decision-making abilities, with high professional integrity.
  6. Excellent communication skills; fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
