Duties

  • Conduct market research on trends, demand drivers, competition, and customer segments
  • Analyse and synthesise data from internal and external sources into clear insights and business implications
  • Support business development by evaluating opportunities, initiatives, and market entry ideas
  • Respond to ad hoc research requests and provide tailored analysis to regional business units
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and regular market updates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver actionable insights

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in research, analysis, consulting, or related roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information synthesis skills
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a cross-regional environment
