Responsibilities
- AI & LLM Development: Build and deploy secure full-stack AI solutions focused on RAG, agentic/MCP workflows, local LLM containerization, translation, and transcription.
- Data Engineering: Clean, prepare, and process datasets/documents to fine-tune open-source/enterprise models.
- Automation & CI/CD: Develop RPA tools (VBA, Power BI) for statistical reporting and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated development workflows.
- Operational Innovation: Research emerging AI tech to prototype creative solutions for division needs and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic/MCP solutions, and locally hosted LLMs in Docker/containerized environments. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, DBMS, and data/web security standards. Experience in data cleansing, document processing, and building AI training datasets. Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, Access, and CI/CD tools.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solver, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, and fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
