Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and Quality management systems in alignment with company policies and legislative requirements.
• Establish and periodically review HSE and Quality policies to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality specifications and procedures through internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform site inspections, reviews, and audits to verify compliance with Hong Kong-specific regulations; recommend corrective measures where hazards are identified.
• Promote safety awareness and foster a positive environmental culture; Deliver training programs to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Oversee workshop activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE management systems, and corporate requirements.
• Carry out accident investigations, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish and maintain a systematic HSEQ documentation and filing system, including personnel safety training records and databases.
• Prepare monthly safety reports, compile statistics, and analyze trends to support proactive risk management.
• Liaise with government authorities and professional bodies as required.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of findings.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma ot Higher Diploma in Environment, Safety & Health or any engineering-related discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) role.
• Solid experience in conducting external / internal audits.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Skilled in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Independent, responsible, analytical and well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
