Job description

Your Role:

  • Oversee daily floor operations and ensure top-tier service.

  • Manage and train front-of-house staff.

  • Handle guest feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor inventory and assist with cost control.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in Chinese Cuisine, Hotel, Clubhouse, Fine Dining Restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin/English is a plus.

  • Passionate about high-quality service and team development.
