Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and UIs using latest Rust and C++ technologies for 24/7 operations and Low latency technology.
• Collaborate in an international, agile team to research new tech, design improvements, and expand system capabilities.
• Provide production support.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience; familiar with Linux.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
• Proficient in writing clean, efficient Rust code.
• Strong interest in financial markets and blockchain.
• Focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Excellent at solving complex problems elegantly.
• Bonus: Experience in multithreading, web protocols (WebSocket/REST), high-throughput/low-latency systems, or mentoring.
