Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the group’s overall sales strategy, annual revenue plans and commercial targets for advertising, sponsorship, content partnerships and integrated marketing solutions.
- Own the end-to-end P&L of the sales division, monitor monthly/quarterly/annual revenue performance, and take corrective actions to ensure all financial KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and client budgets to optimise product offerings, pricing structures and sales mix for maximum profitability.
- Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM utilisation, contract negotiation, revenue tracking and collection processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with major advertisers, top media agencies and key corporate clients across all industry verticals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and pitches for large-scale sponsorships, multi-platform campaigns and exclusive partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Media or related fields; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in Hong Kong’s media and advertising industry.
- Established strong network with key advertisers, media agencies and C-suite decision-makers in Hong Kong.
- Strong strategic sales leadership and P&L management capabilities.
- High commercial acumen, results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
