Responsibilities
- Develop service delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure IT infrastructure services meet SLAs and best practices.
- Monitor service performance and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service integration.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
- Oversee incident management and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular service reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT service delivery.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service mindset.
