Duties
- Provide first-line support for PCs, accounts, and common business apps.
- Handle user tickets, troubleshoot basic issues, and document actions.
- Assist with new user setup, access permissions, and email/application issues.
- Support software installs and standard updates under IT guidelines.
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.
Requirements
- At least 1 years IT support experience.
- Basic Windows,Microsoft 365 and networking basics knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work with ticketing systems.
- Good communication skills and a helpful customer service attitude.
- English proficiency required; Cantonese is a plus.
