Duties

  • Provide first-line support for PCs, accounts, and common business apps.
  • Handle user tickets, troubleshoot basic issues, and document actions.
  • Assist with new user setup, access permissions, and email/application issues.
  • Support software installs and standard updates under IT guidelines.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 years IT support experience.
  • Basic Windows,Microsoft 365 and networking basics knowledge is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work with ticketing systems.
  • Good communication skills and a helpful customer service attitude.
  • English proficiency required; Cantonese is a plus.
