Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs for power conversion circuits using engineering calculations and simulation tools.
• Build, evaluate, and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance.
• Generate comprehensive engineering verification and test reports.
• Create and implement production test plans and procedures.
• Support manufacturing activities and resolve production-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Travel occasionally to support customers, suppliers, and manufacturing sites as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of solid experience in the design and development of Switched Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
• Strong expertise in power electronics and power supply architectures.
• Extensive knowledge of electronic components and their application in power supply design.
• Hands-on experience with circuit simulation, hardware bring-up, debugging, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
