Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR policies, payroll, MPF, annual leave/medical insurance, and C&B activities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (frontline to managerial): job ads, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding
- Conduct pay surveys, benchmarking, and performance assessment programs
- Handle workplace safety, work injury cases, and HR system implementation
- Oversee daily office admin, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and insurance renewals (vehicle, EC, cargo etc.)
- Organize staff activities, support license renewals, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related major;
- 8-years or above of relevant working experience, preferably experience in F&B, catering industry;
- Well versed in employment and other related ordinances;
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good Team player and able to handle multi- tasks;
- Immediately available is a must
