The Bank’s Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to identify the project needs and deliverables in alignment with overall Group programme objectives
• Be responsible for performing regulatory reporting control assessments and enhancement, and preparing required documentation
• Ensure the financial compliance in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements of the Banking Ordinance and the various HKMA SPMs and guidelines
• Support regulatory reporting and external disclosures
• Assist in provision of internal data/management report to senior management/other stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related disciplines, with a recognized professional qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory reporting in banking or experience in auditing preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective regulatory reporting processes
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
