Duties:

  • Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and collaboration tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
  • Support Windows desktops, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications, and peripherals
  • Assist with user account setup, access rights, and password resets
  • Maintain IT equipment, perform basic system checks, and support inventory management
  • Log, track, and update support tickets in the service desk system
  • Assist senior engineers in system maintenance, upgrades, and IT projects
  • Follow IT security policies and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting principles
  • Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and responsible attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and support duties as assigned
