IT Support Engineer/IT Assistant (18K-20K, Central/Tsuen Wan, Multiple HC)

Duties:
- Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Support Windows desktops, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications, and peripherals
- Assist with user account setup, access rights, and password resets
- Maintain IT equipment, perform basic system checks, and support inventory management
- Log, track, and update support tickets in the service desk system
- Assist senior engineers in system maintenance, upgrades, and IT projects
- Follow IT security policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting principles
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support duties as assigned
