Management Reporting Officer (1 yr renewable contract, Reporting & Analysis)

- Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
Job Description
- Support month-end closing activities, including accrual entries, cost allocation, closing process, and preparation of consolidated profit & loss reports for management
- Facilitate monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgeting processes, delivering strategic insights and key findings to senior management
- Gather updated forecast and actual figures for bi-weekly management meetings
- Perform organisational evaluation tasks such as data collection, verification, and related duties
- Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports requested by headquarters / regional headquarters
Job Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of working experience in variance analysis or management accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP
- Experience in analysing large databases is an advantage
- Well-organised, detail-minded, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Strong presentation skills with high proficiency in both English and Chinese.
