Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on compensation policies.

Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of solid HR experience, specializing in Compensation and Benefits (C&B).
  • Domain Expertise: Strong structural, technical, and legal knowledge of C&B practices.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
