Responsibilities
• Drive new e-business opportunities and partnerships with online platforms.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotions to maximize sales.
• Manage daily marketplace operations: listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and analyze campaign performance.
• Prepare business reports, market research, and sales analysis.
• Work with internal teams and vendors on e-shop (Web & App) development, enhancements, and UAT.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 8+ years’ experience in FMCG, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience in CRM and digital/e-commerce projects.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; good English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
