Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and engage potential merchants within the F&B sector to promote integrated digital and operational solutions.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Lead the entire business development process, from lead generation and market research to proposal presentation and final closing.

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant to restaurant owners, understanding their unique pain points and recommending optimal service packages.

  • Account Growth: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the Taiwan-based design and production teams, as well as local marketing departments, to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

  • Brand Presence: Represent the group at key industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance market visibility.

Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Food Tech, SaaS, Startups, or a high-growth business environment.

    • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Manager title.

    • Fresh graduates with a strong "hunter" mindset may be considered for the Executive track.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and CRM management.

  • Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).

  • Personality: Outgoing, resilient, and "result-oriented" with a genuine interest in the F&B industry.
