Deskside Support Engineer (Up to 22K)
Hong Kong
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 5.5-day per week
- Shift roster, including public holidays
- Stable working environment
Duties
- Provide onsite desktop and deskside support on a shift roster basis
- Perform break-fix support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and workplace IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Windows, and iOS issues in a timely manner
- Deliver AV support for meeting rooms, presentation systems, and related facilities
- Maintain IT asset records, support software patching, updates, and license management, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in desktop, deskside or onsite IT support
- Strong hands-on skills in hardware & software troubleshooting, break-fix support, and end-user support
- Familiar with Windows, iOS, desktop patching, and standard office IT environments
- Experience in asset management and AV support is an advantage
- Good communication skills, strong customer service mindset, and ability to work shift-based onsite support
