Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the company's financial management framework, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records in accordance with local accounting standards.

Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and statutory purposes.

Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights into variances and financial performance trends.

Ensure effective internal financial controls, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures where necessary.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and professional advisors to support audits, tax filings, and compliance reviews.

Provide management with financial insights and scenario analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.

Manage cash flow planning and working capital efficiency to support business continuity.

Support the improvement of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial considerations are embedded in business planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related disciplines.

Above 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Experience working with external auditors and managing compliance-related matters.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
