Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining excellent guest experience and handling customer feedback or enquiries
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate service team members to meet service and performance standards
  • Monitor service flow, reservations, and table turnover during daily operations and peak periods
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and basic cost management
  • Support cash handling, POS operations, duty rosters, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and workplace professionalism

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality, Catering, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory experience
  • Experience in Chinese dining or fine dining environment is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Good command of Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
