The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Assistant Brand Operations Manager to join the energetic Brand team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between world-class brands and leading airlines, helping to manage high-profile partnerships and end-to-end product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Strategy

  • Scout & Evaluate: Identify, research, and evaluate new brand partners to expand category innovation and portfolio development.
  • Relationship Management: Manage existing partnerships, handle renewals, and track brand performance to ensure mutual success.
  • Storytelling & Pitching: Assist in building compelling narratives and concepts for airline tenders and high-level strategic pitches.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry developments and consumer trends to uncover new partnership opportunities.

Operational Execution & Delivery

  • End-to-End Management: Guide brand programs from the initial concept phase through to final delivery.
  • Approval Workflows: Oversee brand approvals across product samples, artwork, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Design, Sales, and Customer Service teams to mitigate risks and resolve operational roadblocks.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of royalty tracking, portfolio performance, and contractual documentation.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Communication: Prepare materials for executive presentations and act as the Brand team’s representative in cross-functional meetings.
  • Event Support: Assist in partner activations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 7 years or above of experience in regional or global brand partnerships, product management, or consumer brand management (experience within luxury goods or cosmetics is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record in overseeing and managing brand licensing agreements.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, and deliver results on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and elevate team performance.
  • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities; fluency in both English and Cantonese is required.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
