• 3 yrs+ RM experience
• Exp in managing markets HK, PRC/ HK or PRC base
• Mandarin/ English speaking, gd package

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Solid understanding of core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking.
• Exp in managing markets e.g. PRC, HK, etc; fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and managing client portfolios.
• Strong grasp of regulatory and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and profiling to align with clients’ goals.
• Strengthen client relationships through market insights and investment updates.
• Provide quality after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Plan and execute monthly business strategies to meet sales and acquisition targets.
• Identify prospects, deliver presentations, and generate referrals.
• Maintain full compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with China, Treasury, Investment, and Insurance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Adhere to the Bank’s ethical and compliance standards.
