Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Hong Kong
Key Responsibilities
Participate in residential development projects in Yau Tong, Tuen Mun, and Kai Tak.
Manage consultant teams and contractors to execute contract requirements and deliver quality work on schedule.
Oversee building services related matters throughout project execution.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Work closely with the site supervision team on quality management and site progress.
Monitor contractors’ performance, workmanship, programme, and deliverables.
Attend project meetings, site meetings, and internal coordination meetings.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
MHKIE, MCIBSE, or membership of a recognized professional body is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of local real estate project experience.
Developer-side or client-side experience in local residential projects will be an advantage.
Experience in managing maintenance term contracts will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Independent, responsible, and able to handle multiple assignments.
