Our client – Well known Tech company, is now looking for Senior Product Officer within their team.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Product Officer to join our Product Development team. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of savings and investment-linked insurance products. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric professional who thrives on market analysis, thrives in a collaborative environment, and ensures seamless compliance with Insurance Authority (IA) standards.

Note: We welcome applications from high-potential candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Innovation: Design and implement competitive savings and investment-oriented insurance products that deliver clear customer value and support company growth objectives.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and market research to post-launch maintenance.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all product materials, documentation, and approval processes strictly adhere to internal governance requirements and the regulatory standards set by the Insurance Authority (IA).
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Actuarial, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure successful, timely product launches and effective sales campaign support.
• Technical Support: Manage special quotation processes for customized business needs and provide expert product guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of solid experience in product development within the Insurance or Banking industry.
• Product Expertise: Deep understanding of savings and investment-oriented insurance products and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience navigating product approval processes and maintaining compliance documentation in line with Insurance Authority (IA) guidelines.
• Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable management insights.
• Soft Skills: Innovative thinker, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
• Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with strong presentation skills.
