Responsibilities
- Lead and support the full NPD lifecycle—from concept development through to product launch—for OTC drugs, health supplements, and consumer healthcare products.
- Review supplement/nutraceutical ingredients and formulas to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal standards.
- Verify bilingual (Chinese/English) packaging and label wording (including ingredients, directions, warnings, and claims) for accuracy and to ensure information is not misleading.
- Provide guidance to Marketing and relevant teams on health claims, required warnings, and applicable disclaimers.
- Monitor and stay current with local regulations and guidelines relating to health supplement/food labelling and advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist in Hong Kong with a valid practising certificate.
- At least 4 years of pharmacist experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, regulatory affairs, or QA is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to remain accurate under pressure and work independently.
- Committed to continuous learning and ongoing professional development.
- Strong written English and Chinese skills to support bilingual documentation and packaging text.
