In this role
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing Project management & Technical advisory covering Project Implementation, Solution Design, Systems Support. Including BAU day-to-day operations, troubleshooting on Platforms (UNIX/Linux/Windows) for client delegated projects and
mission-critical systems.

Responsibility

• Project Management
  • Managing, monitoring and governance project budget and project resources arrangement (Hardware/Software/Manpower)
    
    
• Resource Arrangement
  • Handle project resources turnover and replacement to ensure the projects remain schedule and budget
  • Support person for Pre-Sales / Post-Sales activities including technical discussion and user requirement collectio
  • Prepare solution design or proposals (technical and price proposal) for clients with high level effort estimation, project timeline, resources allocation etc.
• Vendor / Contractor Management
  • Responsible for vendor and sub-contractor management while implementing the assigned projectInternal System Processes
• Internal System Processes
  • Internal portal updates (Create / Update / Remove)
    
    
• Documentation preparation
  • Project Plan
  • SOW preparation
  • Milestone roadmap
  • Progress report and update
  • Meeting Minutes

Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years above working experience in IT industry
• Sound knowledge and experience in system release & deployment will be an advantage
• Proficient in communication with different level of people
• Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiar with IT Project management lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management
• Certificate on project management would be a bonus
• Good command of spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• A team player with analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Operations Manager
